Returns & Refunds policy

Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you ample time to request a return if needed.

Should you need to initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@beyondgrateful.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order to facilitate the process. Buyers are responsible for covering postage and packaging costs, unless the product is damaged or faulty, in which case we will handle these expenses and endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the original order date.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original, unused condition, complete with any tags and packaging. Additionally, please provide the email receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action. Please send a photo of the issue to info@beyondgrateful.co.uk for our review and assistance.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized birth charts. Should you have inquiries about specific items, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES:
For a speedy resolution, return the unwanted item and proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund process will commence automatically. Keep in mind that while we typically process refunds within 24 hours of acceptance, it may take your bank or credit card company 3-5 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your balance.
